We like these fonts, colors and style
- Logo to have 2 colors: blue and red (blue more prominent, red more as an accent)
- We would consider the R in RAKOW larger than the other letters or not.
- The words "Realty Group" to be smaller than RAKOW
- Tagline of "Your Business Space is Our Business" to appear below the RAKOW Realty Group words. In some cases the logo will be used without the tagline, so it has to be removable.
- Logo to be only words, no icon (like Nike's swoosh)
- Logo is to appear on signs so it must be easy to read from a distance
- Winner of contest to deliver all development files of logo, not only final version.
