What we do
Optometric office in a small rural community. We provide eyecare to patients of all ages, infants to geriatric. We also have an eyewear dispensary (optical shop) for our patient's spectacle and contact lens needs.

Need to appeal to a large audience as we provide eyecare for all the demographic catagories in the area.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I'm not opposed to the use of an eye or eyeglass symbol if it is unique but it is definelty not a must. I'd like to see a clean, very readable design. (Not all of our patients or potential patients have good vision) We will use the logo on our sign that is next to a busy highway as well as printed media. I'm open to any creative ideas the designers might have.

I think I'd like to see "Dorsey" and "Eyecare" stacked rather than in a single line to allow for larger lettering, as we don't have have a lot of room horizontally for our sign.
I don't care for any eye pictures or references that are too real looking or even cartoony. I'd rather see a subtle reference in a geometric shape or lines or even no eye resemblance.
I feel the word Eyecare should be at least as prominent as the name Dorsey.
