We like these fonts, colors and style

Would like similar style to current logo which I have attached, orange as main text colour, I would like the O in LOL to be a cartoony smiley face that is a lot higher standard than my current logo. Would like font style to be cartoony fun style yet still professional. Transparent background as well.
