The target audience
My target audience are voters, supporters and potential contributors to my judicial campaign for Superior Court Judge in Los Angeles County, California. That will mostly consist of members of the legal community including lawyers, law enforcement officers, politicians and community-minded people. I would like something modern yet dignified and patriotic.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I need a creative design that grabs the person's attention and doesn't let go until the message is etched in their retinas. I prefer clean designs that can be read easily but are still colorful, tasteful and modern. Please do NOT give me a square containing my initials next to my name.
Not all of my ideas have to used but the logo must include my name and the fact I am running for Superior Court Judge in 2016. I am patriotic and retired from the USAF so the red, white and blue appeal to me. I've seen people incorporate a gavel into the candidate's name that looked good BUT I've seen them look cartoony and cliché too so if it doesn't look great, don't use it.
I'm looking for a logo that grabs the reader's attention yet is traditional enough to appeal to old and young alike.
