perhaps incorporate images of the global or planet, along with things that signify success and wealth - travel, water, sunshine, money, recreation

I'm thinking of something based on a round object like the the planet Earth or a globe. If possible, perhaps separate GlobalFreedom. and Team
Add other images or colors to put freedom or excitement into the globe.
