The target audience
My target audience is all vancouverites looking to buy real estate in vancouver with a heavy influence on the condo market downtown. I like bold rich colours - Gold comes to mind but I could be open to other options.

I like the idea of incorporating the few iconic buildings I've attached. again not set in stone but i like that idea. Love the use of BLUES AND GOLD together
