We want to attract the highest quality resident in the area - the property is the only apartment community located within University boundaries. We would like to attract upperclassmen and graduate students who attend the University as well as faculty members.

We like these fonts, colors and style

We are looking for something modern and hip. We want the colors to include scarlet red, grey, white and black.
