We are a family farm that grows Apples, Peppermint, Corn, Wheat, Beans, Asparagus. The farm is a 3rd generation farm. We are responsible for the planting, harvest and marketing of our crops.

The target audience
This logo will be used on hats, shirts, jackets, stationary, billboards. Most that will be wearing it will be middle age male farmers or individuals involved with purchasing our products.
We like these fonts, colors and style
We would like bold font and colors that would look good on hats/ jackets and possibly a sign. We would like "Jack Gilbert & Sons Farms" as the most prominent text. Somewhere on the logo we'd like "Est. 1962", but it doesn't need to be especially noticeable. Along the bottom of the logo the text "Fruit, Mint, Vegetables, Grain" but instead of commas separating the different crop names, perhaps use a dot or something that would look good (I envision this underlining the whole logo). For the image or logo itself; a few things we'd like to incorporate a simple mountain or rolling hills country background as we have hills and average mountains that surround our farm. The challenge is we want to include images of some of our crops, but we don't want the logo to become way too busy. Our two largest crops are Mint and Apples. Maybe we could include a mint leaf, an apple and possibly a couple two or three heads of wheat. Or an apple tree, mint leafs, and/or rows of crops. Let your creative juices flow. Thanks!
