What we do
We develop and implement industry specific, customized ERP and CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics to midsized international businesses. We are about to launch a unique business model where our specialists and consultants are online with our international customers via video conferencing tools and other online tools. We are NOT about cheap ofshoring but about global sourcing of top-specialists/developers/professionals.
Our projects are done in teams of 4-15 people.Global teamwork is key.
We are about to merge with another company so we will be around 220 employees in 9 countries (5 in LatAm, 4 in Europe)

The target audience
The IT-people we want to hire and current employees: average age under 35 in most countries. Most in Europe and LatAm some from USA,India and Pakistan. Well-educated, mostly male, international, www-centric people
C-level management in midsized, international companies and users of our systems in Europe, USA and Latam
We have around 100 employees in Europe (Denmark, UK, Germany, Switzerland) and more than 100 employees in Latam(Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Brazil and Chile)

Favorite logos would be Apple, Nike, Amazon, Mastercard, Caterpillar, Mac OS, Budget, Zippo. All simplistic logos but something more complex with with ex. a person, people, "in the cloud", an alfasign or any combination is OK too.
Logo must work on both black and white background, name can used in both black and white if not other color.
If colors are used, inspiration could be the four colors Microsoft uses.
