What we do
We are a 6,000 square foot 24/7 fitness facility. We offer personal and semi private training sessions and are different from other facilities in that we encourage heavy lifting, chalk, and loud noises. We also care about our members and want everyone to feel comfortable.
We are a gym for people that want to lift heavy, burn fat, and feel good.
We are a gym for millennials, a gym for meatheads, and a gym for soccer moms.
