The target audience
Think extreme and out of the box because that is who we are and those are the clients we want to attract. We not your typical real estate/property company. We are a small young, fresh, company that caters to all ...luxury, trendy, minimalistic, natural, lake, river... We are located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. The Chattahoochee River flows close by.. from our home mountain area to Hotlanta (Atlanta, GA) onto the Gulf of Mexico. The owner/broker has a personal interest in fly fishing and exploring the local mountains and rivers (well his wife does).
It's important for us to have a versatile logo. We will be using it in a variety of ways and in various media formats. It needs to be visually appealing from far away on signs, on tee shirts and hats well as in a magazine or newspaper advertisement. We would also like to be able to use part of the logo or a symbol sometimes and not have to use the whole logo.
