We like these fonts, colors and style

I like vintage designs, arrows, black and white, compass features, narrow font, clean look, abbreviation for company name, include year founded '14. I would like a compass look with a thin black circle, arrows inside creating an X. Then I would like the letter I on left of X, letter N on right of X, number 1 on top of x, number 4 on bottom of X.
