Located in southern California, serving the foothills. Middle to upper income families - jobs range in the $150,000 to $1,000,000 range. College educated. Also must appeal to architects and designers.

Our colors are blue and green (possibly orange and green like Lovegood above)
I like the clean lines. We live in a small town by Los Angeles standards and serve local upscale communities. Would love for there to be a way to lodge KSM in people's minds. Some have a hard time remembering the acronym so if we could associate the letters with an image, that would be great.
