What we do
Meridian House is an (existing) building based in Southwest England (Cornwall) which hosts approx. 20 serviced offices. This means that tenants can move in and out free of long contracts and their office space will be provided with electricity, heat, broadband, telephone and parking facilities as standard from day one.
Please note that we are the new owners of the building and will be rebranding but retaining the existing name. I have attached a low-res photograph of the existing signage which I consider to be quite dated.
The winners logo will occupy a prominent position on the building and included within its literature.

Ideal for small established or small start up businesses. Offices available for between 1-10 employees. Office based businesses only.
Well suited to professional occupations, technology businesses, design agencies etc.
We like these fonts, colors and style
We want to attract a young, modern tenant, particularly those operating in technology and art/design. Essentially dynamic businesses that will benefit from a modern, but slightly quirky office setup.
It is therefore important that our logo engages with like minded tenants.
