What we do
I teach Classical Hatha Yoga, yoga in its purest unaltered form, passed down from master to student in a tradition which dates back thousands of years.
In addition, I also offer advice on nutrition and lifestyle management. Over time, yoga is used to establish an overall balance in body and mind. It can bring peace and calm into your life even when things get hectic. Yoga also helps you achieve improved focus and begins developing greater awareness/consciousness of the world around you and your actions in it.
Things tend to work out much better as we become more conscious, more aware of how best to interact with the world around us. Yoga also promotes overall bodily health and can be used treat a multitude of ailments. When combined with proper diet and improved lifestyles choices, the result is ultimate wellbeing.
