Ideal logo would ONLY consist of three features of the birthday girl.
1. A 'bob' haircut.
2. Outline of a pair of thick framed rectangular eye glasses.
3. Outline of sexy raspberry red lips.
The name of the event, 'Norma's 4-Ohh' should also be included in the logo. Either within the features mentioned, or below them.
This logo should NOT be of an actual person. It should also NOT include any other birthday icons such as cakes, candles etc.

Please do not include a lot of hair on the logo, rather just an outline to help tie the glasses and lips together. Or you could do an artistic design of just the lips and glasses.
