Things to communicate through the design
1. Professional recruitment business focusing on senior level candidates in leading global businesses
2. Modern feel to stand apart from competitors in the market
3. Fresh feel that is simple and clean
The target audience
We mainly find senior level staff from CxO level down for our clients based in Asia. Currently based in Bangkok our clients are mainly in Singapore, HK and Thailand in addition to some other parts of Asia although they mainly originate from the US or Europe. We will look to expand to Europe in the next few years also. Senior level staff on the client side including the CEO, HR, Sales and Engineering Heads and all levels of candidates will look at our website and also apply to jobs and submit CV's and job specs via it also.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Polar has several meanings such as central; pivotal or guiding. Also related to Polarise meaning to attract or guide, to become polarised. Although the business is small to start with we want to project that of a big, reliable, modern and fresh recruitment business that is trusted and reliable.
We like the colour blue for the business and prefer designs that are clean cut and relatively simple. We don't want to over complicate the look. Designs we have thought up integrate the idea of the poles and also one combined the P and C from Polar and Consulting which also secretly has my initials J and P in which adds a personal touch. This shows a mock up site that is pre development but hopefully gives the general feel
[Login to view URL] Other ideas have involved no particular logo as such, similar to Pivotal Software and focused more on the words and lettering.
Non of these are absolute necessities but hopefully show some of the thinking so far and hopefully don't restrict your thinking. It could be one of the original ideas with a twist or more professional touch that we go with also. Font, spacing, the shade of blue etc are open to you but must look professional, clean, trusted and modern not straying too far from the site shown. We can start to work towards the final design with you all once we start seeing the best looking options. We want to see what you professionals can do from here please! (Final design in Vector format please)
(As a final note I hope the above gives a guide line and feel for what we are looking for. If anyone has any different ideas and designs that are outside of this box but fit the business feel and focus please do not hold back).
Our design will be used on
