What we do
The Sewendipity Lounge is a sewing studio that enhances creativity and sewing skills when designing and constructing garments. A variety of lessons for the beginning sewer to the accomplished seamstress are offered. There's always something to learn! The sewing lab consists of sewing machines, cutting tables, irons, and ironing boards, knowledgeable/friendly instructors, unusual fabrics, hard to find notions and one-of-a kind ready to wear apparel. To enhance "sewcial" relationships, a "Sewing Bar" will provide refreshments, where new friends are made and sewing stories are shared. Sewing parties and events where prominent sewing celebs come to share their expertise will be offered.

1. It is an experience where you have fun as you learn!
2. A whimsical yet chic place that's safe where the employees are professional and personable and extremely competent
3. Upscale feel but you want to stay and sew all day
The target audience
Children (ages 8 and older), teenagers, parents/millennials to seniors. All sexes, middle income, urban/suburban. People who want to learn to sew as well as can sew and design. People who like to be scalable.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I imagine a dress form wrapped in fabric that billows away spelling "Sewendipity Lounge". Or the use of "SL" initials in some form.
A whimsy but chic feel. Lots of color (warm/cool), urban, current, and cutting edge vibe. DO NOT want a country or grandma feel. It has to cater to the millennial generation. I like the flirty, scripted fonts. Something that is attractive and not harsh.
