What we do
Wine Down will be a high end wine bar/restaurant located in the Cayman Islands. It will be a sophisticated, yet, fun and lively atmosphere with a décor of bright metallic colors and an onyx lit bar. We will have a large selection of creative dishes available in 3 sizes (bite size, small, and sharing), an extensive wine list, specialty drinks such as blueberry margaritas, dry ice martinis and sangrias. It will be a place with great food, drinks and music. A place you start out with dinner and continue socializing because you lost track of time.

The target audience
Cayman has high tourism in winter months with many high end hotels and condos within walking distance. Mostly from US and Europe. However, we do rely heavily on the local community during season and off, which is populated by businesses of finance and insurance who have no problem entertaining and spending a little more for a better quality place. The Majority of our consumers will be 30 to 50. Mostly couples and friends looking for a great place to go. Think of me, I am 40 and from a city (NYC) offering the best of the best. I have friends who come to Cayman to visit and ask where to go to thats lively (good music) with good food and wine (not a bar or club, we are getting too old)!!
