I already have my logo, however I need help to design my "For Sale" yard signs. So my target audience will be drive by Buyers that are looking for houses

We like these fonts, colors and style

I want my sign to look iconic, modern and trendy. I also want it to look bold enough that my branding is unmistakable. The "For Sale" signs will be 36 inches by 24 inches. I will attach some concepts I came up with.
