the images are crude and pieced together and uneven, they are simply a reference on what i want it to look like

there are two images here one that is a patch, i want to get it in a digital copy, second is a crude image peace together just want it to look good and correct the letter sizes and images so that it can be put onto patches.
the skull and cross bones has to too look like the one attached it can be cleaned up or made as long as it looks and has the same shapes and type of bones.
