Things to communicate through the design
1. Masons has been a traditional restaurant for close to 50 years….with Sticks and Stones, we are bringing in a more casual eatery as well as expanding our bar business. We have added wood fired flatbreads to the menu and will attract additional consumers.
2. • Sticks and Stones is a bar you would want to hang out in, featuring craft beer, and promoting brown liquors poured over chilled sipping stones
3. • The presence of the wood fired oven, perhaps through the use of flames
The target audience
35-55 year old consumers that are food and beverage savvy. Business people enjoying craft beers, cocktails, great farm to table food. People that enjoy good food. A community bar that is a place you want to hang out in while eating flatbreads and small plates

Mason’s Restaurant has been a restaurant in a small town for almost 50 years. New owners bought the business in December and have looked to keep what is good of the old, and add things that will be benefit the business to grow. The bar area has been renovated and expanded….a flatbread (pizza) oven, that is wood fired, has been added to the restaurant and is part of the bar area. Sticks and Stones is a new area in an existing restaurant. photos attached are of existing restaurant.....
