What we do
StrataSense is a information resource (a blog basically) for Condomimium Properties (also known as 'co-op apartments" where the owners of the building form a co-op or board to run the building) geared towards Prospective New Owners, Board Members, and Existing owners. The Tag line / "slogan" *must* be incorporated into all logo designs.

The target audience
- Prospective New Owners of a condominium apartment
- Current / Prospective Board Members
- Existing owners of apartments
Typically the target demographic is someone intelligent, well informed, college educated, 25-45 years of age, single, organized.
The overall impression is something that's creative yet conservative in that it's a dependable, knowledgeable resource for quality information.

I'm looking for something more than the usual intertwined "SS" logo...

The Logo must be relatively narrow from top to bottom so that it can fit in the header or footer of web pages. As such something like a logo with a wordmark off to the right, with the tag line below the workmark works best - similar to this:

Overall, the blog is written under the alias "CondoSensei" (like a Martial Arts instructor) so you might be able to have some fun with that) (perhaps a black belt can be worked in somehow?)
