What we do

We produce a quality dark red chili paste called Molé. The recipe and tradition of making it comes from the state of Puebla in Mexico. We only use quality ingredients ant try to keep it as traditional as possible.

Predominantly Latinos who are born and raised in the United States (Los Angeles Area). Other ethnicities what are adventurous about food. Men and women ages 25-40.

We are open to any concept. We like color, but nothing too exaggerated. This logo will be printed on product labels for our Molé.
