The target audience
The Cub banner is traditional method of branding a club within the Rotary family. It is usually swapped with other Rotary clubs and is often displayed at meetings and club gatherings.

There is a precise spec that we must adhere to from Rotary International. These are attached. Within the live area, we are free to design a logo, artwork that is unique to our club/ area that distinguishes us from others.

We like these fonts, colors and style
We have attached a few examples of existing banners along with the spec. In addition we have attached a few jpgs of famous places that are what Suzhou is known for and makes us unique.

We are open to any use of these on the banner provided it is not too busy and is clearly understood to be representative of Suzhou, China.

The city is well known in China for its canals, gardens and landscaping. In particular it is known for Tiger Hill Pagoda, and the newly built Gate of the Orient. It is the ancient capital of China. A simple google search of any of these will return a host of creative options.

We are open to concepts exploring ancient or modern feel, or a combination of both.

Our design will be used on

Additional Info Added Apr 5, 2015
Hello

We are uploading Jpegs of the Tiger Hill Pagoda and the Gate of the Orient referred to in the brief. We have also added a picture of Ligongdi bridge, unique to Suzhou and representative of typical Chinese bridge design.

Use any or all of these items in your design. We would be very interested in a design that incorporates the ancient and modern - pagoda and gate in a clever way.

We would prefer designs that are not too ornate.
