What we do
One on one customized yoga therapy adapted to meet the needs of the individual.
Group classes are oriented towards fitness.
Yoga Therapy meets the people who can't take those kinds of classes - people struggling with anxiety, depression, diabetes, a knee replacement, etc. Breathing in postures, seated breathing, chanting, and meditation are all tools of the yoga therapist.
I work with people over four sessions at least to build a personal practice the client can self-apply for an engaged process of self-healing.

Things to communicate through the design
1. In general the instruction is always to return to the present moment and not be caught up in your thoughts, moods, behaviors, and suffering.
2. Be empowered to engage with your own health conditions
3. Everything changes. You CAN influence the direction of change. Most things change for the worse... these tools help things change for the better.
The target audience
Women age 35-70 struggling with physical, mental, or emotional difficulties
Women able to pay out of pocket for things like massages, acupuncture and yoga, alternative health care consumers
Health conscious
Location Vermont USA (progressive, small town, rural)

In general, blue is attractive and calming. Notice Now offers two opportunities for clocks (in the o's).
I was playing with the logo but kept coming up with NO-tice -w and it was screaming NO at me... thought I needed some pros to tackle it.
