What we do
Independent new craft micro-brewery, making a variety of different beer types.
Industry: Travel & Hospitality
Things to communicate through the design
1. Company Name
2. High quality beer
3. A slightly cheeky off-centred approach i.e. not just making plain main stream beers
The target audience
20-40 year olds, with disposable income available to spend more on quality than quantity. Male and females who can be excited about trying something new/are inquisitive. People interested in a story behind a product. Beer geeks. People who go out to bars/pubs /restaurants one+ times per week
We like these fonts, colors and style
The name Devil's Isle is an old name for Bermuda (where I am from), I used to live under the Gibbs Hill Lighthouse, so am keen to have a lighthouse in the logo. I like the Castlerock Entertainment logo in this respect.
The overall brand image is a little undecided at present, but options are:
a) Industrial look, with raw wood/cast iron/exposed brickwork/writing burnt in to wood (current favoured option)
b) Retro/colonial
3) Beachside shabby sheek
