We like these fonts, colors and style
The logo needs to be eye catching and easily recognizable. This is vital as we are a new business trying to develop a presence in our local market. Most people only get a glimpse of our sign as they are passing by.
Our business is located in Franklin TN, a town known for its historic elements, Southern charm and small town feel.
We are thinking that Franklin Homes should be in a cursive font and Realty should be in a typed block font. However, we want you to use your creativity if you think you have a better idea. We're flexible on colors but want to stay away from red. It's over used in our market.
Items we do NOT want:
- no houses, roofs, or buildings in the design
- not cartoony, needs to be professional
- no pink or neon colors
- no 3D designs

Designers, We think you've fixated on logos with rooftops and the initials FHR. Can we see something else from you? We didn't want to make suggestions but could we see something with a lamp post, a park bench or front porch in it? Or something else that may be common in the south.
