What we do
Gourmizza makes very high quality/gourmet pre-cooked and frozen pizza and focaccia dough/bases.

The bases/dough have superior quality: entirely vegetarian (only flour, water and natural yeast) and have no oil or animal/saturated fat added.

They can be:
- topped/stuffed to the customer's very own taste and interpretation
- cooked in a basic electric oven at 250 degrees
... and they come out crispy outside, soft, smooth and silky inside, short/easy chewiness, superior digestibility ... great taste like just made by Gradma.

Gourmizza can be used as a pizza with topping (on the plate or slice on the go), focaccia as bread substitute, stuffed focaccia (as sandwich on the go), snack/aperitif companion, salty or sweet (pizza/focaccia with nutella)

Gourmizza are sold mainly to business customers i.e. retailers (supermarkets, grocery stores, etc.) for their bakery section, pizzeria's and restaurants, fast-food store, etc.

Retailers/Restaurants/Pizzeria's use them as they have superior quality, are convenient (no need for skilled workers and/or dough making machinery/workshop/workforce) ... i.e. superior quality, always fresh and crispy at a very reduced cost/complexity
