What we do
The Fund for Leadership, Equity, Access and Diversity (The LEAD Fund) is a “Think and Do” Tank. It provides thought leadership in promoting inclusive organizations and institutions by providing research and education on issues related to diversity, social responsibility, human and civil rights.

The target audience
Human and civil rights communities; everyone concerned with preparing the nation's future leaders; educators, researchers, funders of nonprofits who contribute to research and education; the media and the general public.
We're based in Washington, DC but our focus is both domestic and international.
