The target audience
male, female, 25-55, Riverside county (Temecula Valley area), blue collar or white collar workers, families, any occupation, any education, anyone who needs to live somewhere!
We like these fonts, colors and style
colors are purple and green (my website and other marketing) however, the logo just needs to be able to match, go with or look good on purple and green. The green I like is a deep green and the purple is like a royal purple. No neon colors please!

I forgot to add that I would maybe like a sun in the logo if possible, representing sunny so cal. A modern looking sun would be cool. Also, the design (logo) has to be able to work on a green background. So the letters and such might have to be outlined. Quite honestly, it could go either way - depending on how the logo looks, I just might put it on a white background.
