The mission of the Illinois School Food Service Association (ILSNA) is to mentor our membership in the advancement of good nutrition for all children.
This logo is for our state association annual conference.
The conference theme is "happy days", so I would like that incorporated into the logo.

The target audience
Food service personnel (mainly women middle aged) who feed kids in k-12 school districts across the state. The association assists everyone from the "lunch lady" serving the students to the directors who oversee multi-million dollar operations.
We have seen historic changes in our industry over the last several years and finally things are starting to stabilize - with all new regulations in effect. So, now is the time to move forward with what we have been given and make the best of it.
"Happy Days" is the theme that I have chosen, to highlight positive movement in our industry now.

I'm looking for something with a happy, positive spin. I want the message to be bright, fun, happy. Healthy mind, body and spirit comes to mind.... managing all three important in staying happy personally and professionally
