What we do
We are a health, fitness and wellbeing company. It is an offshoot of a gym franchise group called f45 training. We will be developing an internet and social community for people to join and we will provide weight loss holidays, seminars, weight loss challenges and nutrition plans.

We like these fonts, colors and style
- We like the colors of the seattle seahawks
- trimming with fluro colors we also like (so colors like orange even fluro pink trimming maybe)
- the logo should look nothing like our current F45 Training logo which can be found at

- possible options could involve a sun

Please do these in RED WHITE AND BLUE. Do not try any more suns as its not working for us. Please consider Green and Blue as well as a color combination.
