NorthShore Water Utility is located near Nelson BC, Canada on Kootenay Lake. The Orange bridge in the picture connects Nelson with the "Northshore" of Kootenay Lake, which is where the water utility is.

We want the logo to make it clear that it is a water utility and the emphasis should be equal on both North Shore and Water Utility.
