What we do
Pig Iron Public House will be the first true craft beer and craft liquor bar in the Cranberry market. Craft beer has been on the rise since the early 1990’s and in 2013 was 14.3 Billion Dollars of the total 100 Billion spent on beer according to the National Brewers Association. Craft Liquor has seen a more recent rise with bars and consumers crafting traditional cocktails such as the Manhattan and Old Fashion with locally produced liquor ingredients

The target audience
These trends have been embraced by all demographics but mainly the millennial and Gen X demographics. Craft beer and craft liquors are being paired all across the country with fresh food and drink ingredients to serve a much more discerning clientele known as foodies. This craft and foodie niche is currently not filled in Cranberry, but is gaining a large following in many other areas of Pittsburgh. Pig Iron Public House will fill this void in one of Pittsburgh’s most affluent and desirable areas to live, shop, and dine.
