What we do
We are opening a more metro upscale bar/pub in a small to midsize town. Our main focus is on serving popular microbrews on tab and we will have a good wine selection. It will be the type of place you go to after taking the wife to a nice place for dinner. We will have a short menu with nicer versions of food than what you would typically find in a pub. The décor will be something your would see in a downtown urban area and we will have references to Barrels (wood) through out.

The target audience
There is a large military base close with many officers and upper income residents living within a short distance from the location of the pub and they will be our target. Beer is the focus but we want it to be comfortable for the spouse to come and stay as well. We are targeting upper middle class and above with a age bracket of 35 and up.
We like these fonts, colors and style
We definitely want to lean more towards men on the design but we want wives/girlfriends to feel comfortable coming in with their guys. We are looking more towards black, white and gold/dark yellow/honey (pull in the wood color) accent for our colors.
The attached image is actual bar that ours will look very similar to on the inside.
