What we do
We are a crossfit gym (crossfitmtlebanon.com) that is branching out to offer a semi scaled down version of Crossfit (no heavy weights or crazy gymnastics) Comprised of total body work outs. Which combine resistance training, cardio exercise, nutritional coaching, etc. Workouts are upbeat, high energy, great music and in a fun and motivating group setting. Our boot camps are 6 weeks in length and the hope is to give enough strength and confidence for them to move on to our regular crossfit classes.. We in no way promote or support any militaryistic images or styles. We would like to brand this completely separate from our crossfit logo and business.
