What we do
We are rebranding a successful 4 year franchised restaurant into an independent single location in Downtown Tampa. We provide pizzas, salads, sandwiches, a line of specialty grilled cheese sandwiches, wraps, desserts, appetizers, beers, and wines in a modern and trendy, yet fun atmosphere.

The target audience
Our customers are typically 18-49, lean more toward female, somewhat affluent, and come from a variety of backgrounds. We cater to a college crowd, a downtown/working crowd, as well as residents of downtown, typically millenials and Gen-xer's. We also have a good repoire with younger moms and families due to our proximity to our city's children's museum and a large park right across the street.
We like these fonts, colors and style
We see Mellow Mushroom and California Pizza Kitchen as our primary customers. We generally like concepts with a sleek, clean lines, approach. I like simple as well such as Chipotle.
