What we do
We are real estate investors specializing in:
1) Buying homes that are difficult to sell because they have little or no equity (the seller would have to pay closing and agent costs out of pocket to sell traditionally)
2) Selling our homes with owner financing to those with less than perfect credit.

Things to communicate through the design
1. We are professionals who have solutions to tough real estate problems.
2. We are a local TX company, not a nation wide or international firm that does not know the market.
3. We care, and are able to assist people having difficulty either selling or buying real estate.
The target audience
* EVERY neighborhood has homeowners that need to sell their homes...
* EVERY neighborhood has people who want to move in, but the get denied for bank financing...
We work with:
* Home owners who need to sell quickly or don't want the hassle of the traditional real estate transaction. The are selling do to a job transfer or loss, medical issues, in a new house & now making 2 payments, financial crunches including pending foreclosures, etc.
* Home buyers who are unable to qualify for traditional funding. Many have good credit but are business owners and don't show the income thresholds the banks like to see. Other buyers have had issues with their credit because sometimes "life happens!" Our buyers all have good income, they just can't qualify for bank financing.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Main Theme: I am open to the many wonderful possibilities out there, but I am drawn to the space between "TX". Rotated counter-clockwise, the white space is in the shape of a house. I think that is very fitting for a real estate company in Texas.
Colors: The red white and blue of the Texas flag (same as U.S. flag) come to mind, but I am open to other variants. I'm not interested in using any of the Texas school colors.
Style: I would like something sharp that could be used in both online and in print, both graphic and text treatment. I would like to be able to use the graphic portion as a web/social media style icon.

I have a bit-map brain and can't compete in your vector worlds as far as design goes. Here is my original idea, can you take it and run with it?

I am still open to other ideas, and request that they still come, but I would like to see a few designs pick up where I have left off.
