I like hook tail serif font, but you can be creative.

I would like to try incorporating greek style columns into the logo which should just be the letter "A"

ideas:

Make a logo with only the capital letter "A" using greek columns to form the "A". Here are some examples of greek style columns:

Maybe have vines wrapped around the columns to give it that authentic greek look. (not required)

Additional Ideas:

Use this logo and incorporate the greek grape vines into it with possibly the greek columns in the background
