The words "Gebrauchtmaschinen" and "Ankauf" are German and the meaning is: "Used machinery" and "purchase". We are a used machinery dealer. We are buying used single machines, machinery and complete factories no matter what kind of industrial sector like metal, wood, plastic, automotive and so on. The aim is to use this logo for our website and business cards and flyers and just because of the name and logo make everybody aware to contact us if they want to sell used equipment. The website is also gebrauchtmaschinenankauf.com . So the logo including the name shall indicate and explain our business already.

The target audience are normally German production factories of all kinds of industrial sectors who want to get rid of used machinery and who are seeking for somebody to buy it. The normal persons we deal with are male, between 35 and 60 years old, have a higher income and education and normally are the owner of the factory or the head of the purchase department.

A must is that the words "GEBRAUCHTMASCHINEN" and "ANKAUF" are used as logo text because this is what we do. The colors should be powerful and strong like red in combination with black for example. Of course a symbol for a machine or a gear wheel and the currency EURO € (maybe as a coin?) could be used to illustrate what we do and maybe an arrow or a stream to make it look more dynamic. YOU WILL MAYBE HAVE MUCH BETTER IDEAS! Our first internal idea was quite simple (sure you will have better ones): First line the word GEBRAUCHTMASCHINEN with an "i" dot as a combination of a EURO-coin and gear wheel, then a simple underline under that word and in the second line the word ANKAUF in the same width like the first line and in red. But we are open to better ideas of course!
