What we do

Personal & Group Training for Baby Boomer. All training sessions are designed for over 50's to achieve maximum results without injury (minimizing injury). Sessions are delivered maturely and sensibly (understanding of boomer body needs) without the yelling and screaming of some trainers. Sessions are shorter than others and clients have more fun.
