Note to designers - Take a look at the attached gif file that I just uploaded. This is one option for a logo that was previously done but it is very "boxy" - we would like to see movement. Some design ideas that you should keep in mind.
1) All three words should be of equal size and font.
2) We like the arrows or movement to the up and right - this signifies movement
3) Leadership does not have an "s" at the end.
