What we do
We are a restaurant that specializes in grilled pizza, a thin, crispy, surprisingly decadent gourmet product. We also serve a great selection of mostly local craft beers. Our restaurant is casual but hip with subdued lighting and muted colors: red granite, wood and copper.

The target audience
21 to 50 years old, male and female. Middle class and up. generally well educated. Many of our customers are doctors, scientific researchers and educators. People who appreciate the better things in life.
We like these fonts, colors and style
The logo must use our original font for the name:"coals" in wide latin, no caps.
I like a bold, classic style, not cartoonish.
Colors: black, white, red, beige.
Flames could be used as an image but it's not essential.
Simple is good.

We also like old train imagery, particularly the "coal car." These should also incorporate "coals" in wide latin and the slogan "pizza. grilled."
