1. Food is medicine - it can be a tool to rebalance your hormones
2. Empowerment - it's in your power to rebalance your hormones, nobody can take that away from you
3. Rustic and simple - going back to the basics
The target audience
Women age 25-57 who have hormonal imbalances and who are proactive in their quest for better health. They believe that food can make a difference, they just need help to be shown what to do. Global audience - in any country.
Psychographics: proactive, likes to cook, loves food, believes that organic food can heal, has a tendency to self-heal, wants more solutions than hormone pills and creams, likes to be in driver's seat, NOT a victim, a foodies, loves farmer's markets.

1. Connection to my main brand.
My main business brand is Hormones Balance (please see logo on
[Login to view URL]) which will be the overarching brand to Cooking for Hormones (which is only a cooking show). There needs to be a visual connection and coherence between the two. They don't need to look similar but the audience should know right away that "it's the same business"
2. One idea I would like to explore is a logo consisting of a silhouette of a woman holding a fork (sign of empowerment). Maybe a leaf hanging off the tip of the fork.
