This is a small law firm that is focused on long-term care planning for
senior citizens and their families. We plan for future crisis/events such as death, incapacitation, the need to be admitted to a long-term care nursing home, or severe illness. We create legal documents to protect our client assets and implement their choices while maintaining their dignity. Implementation of these legal documents can also protect the ones they love when these events happen. If a client has not been able to plan for these events, we offer our compassion and legal services to help them through the crisis. We provide excellent personal customer service and individual planning.

Many of our clients are adult children of senior citizens or spouses of senior citizens. They come to us when there has been a crisis they have not planned for and they do not know what to do. They are hearing conflicting information from different sources (most of it untrue) and they are afraid they do not have the money to pay for the care that their loved one requires. They seek our expertise in how to best utilize the financial resources that they have to obtain the care their loved ones needs.

Most of our clients are middle class in that they own a car, a house, and they have some retirement benefits and savings. However, they do not have a lot of money to pay the high cost of medical care in the United States. As a result, when a senior citizen becomes very ill and needs costly medical care, the middle class does not have enough money to pay for it. If they sell all of their assets to pay for the cost of the medical care, then the spouse that is still well will not have a place to live or enough money to buy food, clothing, and other necessities.

I would like to incorporate the colors blue and green as the major colors in the logo, but also add a little accent of orange. I would like for it to look professional but also convey that we truly care about our clients and their loved ones.

I do not want the scales of justice included in the logo.
