(2) a prepaid product suite and prepaid processing capabilities (think prepaid airtime e.g. Cricket Wireless, or T-Mobile) for merchants and ISOs (Independent Sales Organizations)

The target audience
(A) Retailers, e.g. big box and chain stores in US, Mexico and Canada
(B) Mom and Pop merchants (small, independently owned retail locations) in US, Mexico and Canada
(C) Commercial-level companies looking for payment technology (gambling sites, dating sites, etc). These could be sites based in US, Canada or Mexico.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Gradient colors and blues are great. Anything that conveys a sleek, innovative, but attainable technology.
VectorPOS (on one line, large font) with
Payment Solutions (on the second line, in smaller font)
Would be great. "VectorPOS" Should be the largest part of the logo.
