What we do
The MOA is the representative voice of Optometry in Maine, the MOA visibly promotes Optometry. We are a primary eye care profession. Doctors of Optometry advance the quality and availability of eye, vision and related health care for the citizens and visitors of the State of Maine. Optometry is a legislated profession. The MOA provides the means for doctors of Optometry to continue lifelong learning.
(A Note - Optometrists do not just fit eyewear - they provide comprehensive eye exams that can diagnosis many medical conditions and they advance and provide education on the health of the eye.)

The target audience
The Public/patients. Leaders in eye care, the health arena, and public policy.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Colors that reflect eye colors - blue - green etc. maybe brown in the right logo - if it stands out. No reds. Open to other colors if needed to make it pop.

I like clear crisp fonts. Some flair - but readablity is very important.
