The target audience
During the week : Predominantly women and mothers of primary & secondary school aged children attending the three local private schools. There are up to three public schools in the area also.
Mums (and dads) who do not work full time, may have younger non school aged children at home to care for, have a higher disposable income and have more leisure time eg. To meet for coffee/lunch, go for walks during the day, be involved in school parent/community groups, etc. We envisage many parents will bring their young children to the cafe with them. This will need to be catered for in the menu and design of the cafe.
Teachers from nearby schools, some passing trade and local residents. Mostly for early morning takeaway of coffee/lunch.
Weekend : couples, young families, local residents.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Simple aesthetic design that is classic and won't date.
Neutral colours.
Decor in the cafe is industrial: wood, bricks, metal.
Possible idea for the logo is to incorporate a mill symbol
