This includes lifestyle & nutritional counseling, image consulting/personal shopping/home & wardrobe de-cluttering etc. I motivate and support clients to reach their 'personal best' and get them through tough times. (eg. illness/divorce/death/moving/downsizing)
I'm a certified personal trainer/yoga teacher/esthetician and Personal Stylist...with lots of life experience ! haha
